Ed Lynch has been involved in Marin County real estate since the early 1980s, when he started buying properties at the early age of 19. Over the next 10 years, Ed remodeled and developed numerous properties in Marin County. This included overseeing the construction of the downtown Tiburon Fire Station and the complete renovation of the substation, as well as managing day-to-day operations of the department serving the communities of Tiburon and Belvedere. Ed did this while simultaneously serving as a professional firefighter in Tiburon. In the early 1990s, Ed became a mortgage banker in Marin County with First Security Loan, followed by a tenure at RPM Mortgage in Mill Valley. Over the last two decades Ed has built a reputation as a highly respected loan consultant with a can-do, will-do attitude.
